Board of Directors

The business and affairs of the Cooperative shall be managed by a board of 9 directors which shall exercise all of the powers of the Cooperative except such as are by law, the articles of incorporation, or these bylaws conferred upon or reserved to the members.

The Board of Directors of South Central Arkansas Electric Cooperative, Inc. holds their regular monthly meeting on the fourth Friday of the month. Special called meetings may be held as deemed necessary.

South Central Arkansas’ annual meeting is held each year on the fourth Friday in July. All members are invited to attend. At each annual meeting, 3 directors are elected by the members to serve terms of 3 years.
